Initially slated to be the Globe and Mail's 'Home of the Week', the Florence Nightingale home had an interesting story to tell, and one that would help it reach more potential buyers. Before the Globe Article ran, the house sold firm. From there, we decided to change the narritive a bit, and our move from Farmhouse life back to the City was featured on the cover of the Globe's Real Estate section, August 26, 2022
Often unique homes require the attention of a select buyer; maybe one that isn't actively looking for a home. In the case of our 150 year old Florence Nightingale home, we decided to go to the press to increase the listing's exposure. Featured on real estate magazine Storys' front page, July 11, 2022.
